Group Training
Samui International Muay Thai Stadium offers only the best kind of Muay Thai Training, with each student being independently assessed.
We also have a very low student to trainer ratio, thus allowing the student and coach to spend as much quality training time together as possible.
All of our Thai Kick Boxing trainers and coaches have trained to the highest level and complete professional.
They will make sure that everyone is cared for and that no one goes unnoticed, they are there to help advise and answer questions, provide quality training, in a word our trainers are there for you.
You will be taught only authentic and Muay Thai Kickboxing, your fitness level will be monitored and you will see quickly an increase in your fitness levels. Therefore the more training exercises and drills you accomplish will only benefit you in the long run.
Private Training
Private training is available and subject to demand.
We train 7 days a week between, evening training can also be arranged after 6:30 pm.
Also, if you prefer to start on a private lesson basis, thus helping you gain additional knowledge, experience and fitness.
Private lessons are an ideal way to improve your skills and it gives you the perfect opportunity to work one on one with a trained Muay Thai coach. They will be able to focus on you, your training and develop your skills to be the best that they can be.
More confidence, until you feel more comfortable then you can join a larger class.

Training Days
Every training class is led by our own top Muay Thai Trainers here is a sample of a typical training session.
Always we start every session with warm-up exercises, such as running, skipping or other heavy cardio exercises.
You will also do your stretches at this time making sure you are supple and ready for the intense work out that will follow.
If the student is training to fight then different warm-up exercises may take place.

You will work with your trainer to complete all the necessary Pad work
